I wasn't even thought of. My parents hadn't even met. But I grew up on Buddy Holly's music, and I still adore and respect the man even to this day, despite never really knowing or living in the time period in which he was famous. Mrs. Holly, I respect you, as well, for the things you still do for him. Please, continue to protect your husband's reputation and legacy. You are a real trooper, and you are a wonderful, devoted wife. I'm sure that Mr. Holly is watching you from heaven, and I'm sure that he's smiling, and that he's very proud of you for everything you have done since his passing. Even if the world is against you, please, continue to do what you feel in your heart is right. You were, and still are, his beloved, and I have every confidence that you will always do what is right by him. Thank you, Ma'am.
